Evaluation Blog

For the final time, I must give you the readers a final welcome πŸ˜“. I really did not want this to end but it had to be so. We are in the last bit of my blog where I will be rounding off it all.

The aim of this post is to evaluate how I used the Gantt chart in my project process.

The Image above is a picture of a Gantt chart which is a project managing tool primarily used for organising tasks and maintaining fixed time for given work. It's showing the the time period between the 4th of April to the 23rd of may which I set as the total time period it would take to complete my project. It was made mainly to help me manage time and finish tasks under given deadlines.

It has helped me finish my project efficiently and effectively cause of how it helped me mange time well.

Reflecting on this process, I acknowledge the importance of well structured planning in achieving set goals.

Figure 1: Introduction to cyberattack

This slide just gives an introduction to the vast topic of cyberattack where it talks about hackers stealing sensitive data for personal use. In the screenshot, you can see the image of some codes and a centralized wording "Cyber attack". On to the next image.

Figure 2: Advantages of cyberattack

The above slide simply talks about the advantages of cyberattacks in our modern society and you can see in the image a picture of what they call "An ethical hacker" who hacks criminals legally for justice.

Figure 3: Disadvantages of cyberattack

The picture above shows a few disadvantages of cyberattacks such as reputation damage, legal penalties and so on and you can see matching icons with the points listed.

In the slides above, I made use of some tools such as the transition tool which helped me have a clean transition from a slide to another and also made use of the insert tool to put in pictures into my designs and finally made use of the font tool(Aptos body) for all my wordings. And, I would say that yes although I found the process very stressful 😩, it was a very good working-learning experience.

The ppt making process was rather quick and efficient although stressful and in the near future. I see an increased awareness of the vice of cyberattack, what do you think ? πŸ‘€. So, from the information gathered from the 10 students and the further research done on various articles I can say that cyberattacks are only as important as we make them and will drastically reduce if the right measures are put in place to stop them.

If given the opportunity to do this project from scratch, I would make sure I get deeper findings and manage time more effectively even though I did before as there's always a room for improvement πŸ’ͺ. To sum it all up, I've learnt that modern times require modern solutions and evading cyberattacks is dependent on our corporation. Most importantly, awareness is the best means of prevent cyberattacks.
